Tom Broadley BSc(hons) MRICS

Director

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer, Tom has managed commercial portfolios for a variety of clients from private owners to major institutional investors and pension funds.

He has also worked at both Harrogate Borough Council (now North Yorkshire Council) and Wakefield Council so appreciates how local authorities operate and the complexities often brought about by a political environment.

At home, Tom is a very keen cyclist and marathon runner, and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
